American artist working and painting in Wiltshire, England.  Recent studio holder at Drawing Projects UK.

My work and subject:

Using household paint, varnish and other mixed media, my work finds it’s subject in abstracted images of aerial photographs of Earth from space and of biological cell images, expressions towards the macrocosm and microcosm.  The paintings aim to celebrate and exalt the continuity of organic form through their reading of these images.  Inherent within this inquiry is my interest in how technology has enabled us to view ourselves existentially from these polar perspectives.
